    Over the next few months, just working technique on some excercises, guy is one strong mofo, and no I'm not gonna be doing 1RM stuff, just want to nail my form is all.

    Just remember how far you have come bro. Would be depressing as hell for you if you injure yourself and cant train for months or longer etc..

    I know you said your not going to do 1RM stuff but you can still get fucked up going for 2RM, 3RM etc..

        It's impressive, but just like you both are saying, staying healthy and injury free is impressive too. I don't do anything heavy now.

          ^ its staggering what he can do, his squat is even more impressive, fucken 970lb ! especially for his weight. Yeah I take your point and I won't be attempting any that shit
