    Hey guys here is my split so far, I am still wondering what I can do to even it out.....


    MON: Chest- Flat bench (4sets of 8)
    Decline (4sets of 8)
    Incline (4sets of 8)
    Cable cross (4sets of 10 light weight)

    TUES: LEGS- Squats (5sets of 8)
    Hams (4sets of 8)
    Caf (4 sets of 20)

    WED: OFF

    Now what do you guys think I should do for shoulders traps biceps and tris? How would you slpit that up for Thurs and Friday?

    mon- chest
    tues - back
    wed - legs
    thurs - shoulders
    friday - arms

    rest + rest

    or you can put a rest day after leg day and rest on sunday.

    can i ask you a question though? if your split isn't even down, why are you on a cycle?

      Of I am still on my old split I was just wondering what you guys recommend on something new.
