          Great article - I figured out all these points as well.

          Hacks FTW!

          I never do skullcrushers - french press with dumbbells works great.

          I've got to try the top DL - never did it with the smith rack.

          I disagree a bit about the leg press though - I think it is an ergonomically poor exercise because it is near impossible to do without putting a curve on your lower back and this really puts the lower vertebrae in a vulnerable position.

          Doing the leg press one leg at a time is I think a far safer option. That way, you can leave your free leg stretched out and it keeps your lower back from getting into the curved position.

              Squats. You always see guys in the gym loading it up. And they don't have big legs. I was at a dorian yates seminar not to long ago the guy is as hardcore as it gets. He said in his years of training for the Mr. O .He never did free weighted squats. Hacks and leg press.

                ^ yeah, its the worst one, every twat wants to be seen under five plates and they.finish.too leaning forward not working the legs.
