    I'm with Rocket.. I don't have 20 in arms lol, but I do bis with back and tris with chest. For bis, I do 3 sets of barbell curls, 3 sets of hammer curls, both with perfect form and lower weight (upper arm pinned to side of body, no swinging) and finish up with 3 sets of machine preachers, again with very lower weight and good steady form.

      I guess were all different. If i'm having a busy week ill do bis with back and tris with chest. I used to do them with back. I have better results on a separate day dedicated to getting bigger arms (Tri's/Bi's). Its pretty much a known practice by bodybuilders. Its common sense proper rest and focus.

        Form is key and more reps. I was a beast on strength once i dropped the weight in half and focused on the squeeze and controlled. I made a lot of progress. Sometimes ill do 3-4 sets of light after back in addition to an arm day.

          Agree we all different

          But better rest is not gonna happen if you do back your arms are getting work so you then gonna do arms again the next day? No rest there bro. The key is beat it up correctly let it heal for max growth.
          Strength diff story yes do arms everyday but not looks or size

            yeah thats rare i do with twice a week and if i do Ill do it several days later. if it works for you dont change it 20" arms is pretty dam good. Ive never messured my arms but there one of my best features im told

              I also agree that we're all different. Do what works best for you. Anyway, being natty or not, what are your goals and how are you eating, all of that does play a big role in deciding which path to take.
              For me when on cycle, volume definitely works the best. So, arms on separate day.
