    I've been training with an ex ifbb pro this week. It's like learning all over again. Never realised I had been doing so many things wrong.

      Every single day. In fact it's 4am my time and I'm about to hit the gym and I'll be there on and off until 8pm.

          Of course! I'm flat out disgusted with myself if I fall under 3x per week. Always do my best for 4 good 90 min trainings every week bare minimum :thumb: Although every few months I do believe it does me a lot of good to take a week off. If I plateau, seems to re-shock the system if I lay off for 7-10 days then get back into it and grow again...

            Good stuff Matt, I'm every other day right now, lift then 20 mins cardio after. 4day split 10 rep sets or there about.

              4 days a week - no more then 45 minutes. Not doing any cardio at the time.

                Bout same here dude. Bi's tri's traps, legs abs forearms, chest delts back, repeat. Ususally tues, thurs, fri, sunday. Wish I had more time...Used to 6x per week but got married and had a kid.lol (response to Mr. I guess I shoulda quoted that)

                  He has been correcting my form on a lot of things. Even some of the pros in the vids have terrible form. For instance hammer curls. Most people bring the dumbell up in front of there chest or directly up from there side. That is not directly targeting the forearm. You are training mostly the long head of the bicep. To hit the forearm you have use much lighter weight and twist you wrist while you are ascending and bring the dumbell as high as you can. When you do it right you will ONLY feel the forearm and it will burn like fuck. Other things we did were variations of cable rows to strictly target the rhomboids. Totally different to a standard cable row. You put your ass right back and lean forward and pull into the centre of the chest. You can only use half the weight you usually would. Been picking up little things like that here and there. Biggest thing he reminded me of yesterday was to stop training with your ego. The muscle doesn't know how much weight your pushing. Form comes first don't worry about what anyone next to you is doing

                    canceled my gym membership. i just train abs now. tons of cardio..

                    1 huge meal per day followed by a 24 hour fast of just diet cranberry juice and grey goose.
