Of course! I'm flat out disgusted with myself if I fall under 3x per week. Always do my best for 4 good 90 min trainings every week bare minimum :thumb: Although every few months I do believe it does me a lot of good to take a week off. If I plateau, seems to re-shock the system if I lay off for 7-10 days then get back into it and grow again...

He has been correcting my form on a lot of things. Even some of the pros in the vids have terrible form. For instance hammer curls. Most people bring the dumbell up in front of there chest or directly up from there side. That is not directly targeting the forearm. You are training mostly the long head of the bicep. To hit the forearm you have use much lighter weight and twist you wrist while you are ascending and bring the dumbell as high as you can. When you do it right you will ONLY feel the forearm and it will burn like fuck. Other things we did were variations of cable rows to strictly target the rhomboids. Totally different to a standard cable row. You put your ass right back and lean forward and pull into the centre of the chest. You can only use half the weight you usually would. Been picking up little things like that here and there. Biggest thing he reminded me of yesterday was to stop training with your ego. The muscle doesn't know how much weight your pushing.
