Hit it hard. Winter is the best time to bulk. you are going to over eat during the holidays anyway so use that extra food.
Plus you can cover any extra fat since it's cold out.
Cut in the spring.
I hit it hard year round wouldn't feel like I was acompishing any thing if I wasn't. although I do take off two week, one in the summer and one in the winter to let my body rest a little.:agree: :megaphone
2 weeks into clomid, come Monday will start logging all meals and watch nutrition like a hawk. Goal is to come into new year lean and completely refreshed and tight. Goal for new year is too hit 6% bf, and stay that way for awhile.
Well taking into consideration that most people are bulking in the winter, I would say lift heavy and hard. Try to put on the mass in winter and sculpt it in the summer.
