    Sooo. i used to get some lower back issues deadlifting, spoke to a specialist who told me two important things;

    1) take shoes off do it in socks
    2) let the bar come to a complete stop before re-initiating the pull

    Now I've done like 10 before in the past with bout 500lb but letting it bounce off the floor.

    after a while out due to soreness I started doing it hi way and low and behold no back issues so far and I'm about 8 weeks in.

    I don't dl every week its about every other week but the other night I hit 8 dead stops, so I'm coming back up in numbers.

    yeah plus you will get much better results than the "bang and go" method
