To break the 180lb barrier. At 170 right now. Think it's definitely doable....eventually hope to hit 190/195 in the future (speaking body weight here)

Matt, you running any cycles or you natural? 190 should be no problem to hit with the help of some test. :)

Actually 9 weeks today into my very first test cycle. Gonna run through january then pct, break, start 2nd in late april/early may...figured if I can keep half of what I put on after each cycle by this time next year should be 180, hopefully another year after that 190. Have a hell of a time puttin on weight, the test is working great now tho :thumb:

                Brilliant; simple straight forward positive.

Matt - that seems like a really slow gain - especially on juice. Are you eating enough to gain? I'd guess you should be at 275gP/275gC/60gF per day minimum (that is 1.6gP x 170lbs) on a 40/40/20 building split. You should easily be able to hit your 180 goal after you cut in 1 cycle.

Someone please correct me if I am incorrect.

This year will see me at 245 lbs at <9% BF. I start a 16-week cycle Jan 15. I'm very motivated, and have been doing 1 hr weights 5d/wk and 1 hr cardio 6d/wk while off cycle. Currently building at 230lbs 13% BF 5'10" - ready to kill it in 2014.

My gains always have come slow dude. I mentioned on other threads before-I used to be a fuckin twig when I started lifting, only weighed 125lbs out of high school.Didn't have anything to transform-no fat, no mass. I'm a textbook hardgainer/ectomorph unfortunately. I got to 160 natural, at 172 now so gained 12 lbs so far on this first cycle, 4 weeks left on it. I've been taking in around 4000 calories a day with 250-300g of protein.

That said, I need to get more serious about my diet for sure. I get plenty of cals/protein, but they're not spaced out properly. I'll have over 1000 cals of shakes made with whole milk(150g protein) throughout the day and the rest from two big ass meals-lots of chicken, beef, potatoes, beans, pasta...I always have a 500cal/50g shake for breakfast but not an actual breakfast cause I've never been a breakfast kinda guy. I'm sure that's a big problem. About to start forcing oats and brown rice down in the morning starting tomorrow...

Search through your posts and look at your 10-22-13 post on the thread I started. I am still working through my skin issues - getting better with the HGH and continued conditioning, but not going to post anything more than pics like these as I really don't need to hear Bouncer and Co. tell me what I already know and rip me apart for my mid section. I'm going to post up a log Jan 15 for my next cycle and will post some fresh pics then - it's been a long, hard journey for me and my entire legs/arms look incredible but I am still dealing with the repercussions of spending 10 years as a fat slob. I also posted some ridiculously detailed body comp stats in a spreadsheet screenshot about a month ago when I was freaking out post-cycle before you all bitch slapped me and calmed me the fuck down. My body comp analysis is done on an InBody 520 machine every Tuesday morning and logged on my spreadsheet.
