  • found my sweet spot on leg training

Basically all out 15 to 20 reps on main set.

I hit 17 with bout 400 on hack squat tonight and its the deepest pump I've had in a long time. Could actually see way more swell than normal and it remindef me how I used to train as teenager whrn I got most my leg growth.

    Feel envigorated and revived enthusiasm

Nice I've been in the 12-15 range for years I should prob go the other way but I'm convinced this is best also the 3-6 rep range is weird to me

I get waaaaay better results with more reps too bro. They say ectos like me should do heavy weight/low reps to put on size, but it's never worked for me. Maybe heavy squats at 5 reps every now and then but 8-15 reps works best for me depending on what I'm doin...

Are you guys convinced its better for growth though or could it just be a better pump?

Most pros shoot for higher reps on legs generally as they say it gets more hypertrophy.

Basic excercises lower reps has its placr periodically in establishing foundation strength but not optimal for hypertrophy and muscle growth once that foundation is established. Also goinh so heavy is sn increased risk.
