Used to be very very skinny bro. I'll hafta post some old pics of me from high school some time. Only 125 lbs when I graduated. 170 now give or take a couple lbs. So, I had nothing to turn into muscle, no fat to lose. With my body type I really don't have to do anything special for conditioning. I eat like a pig and stay at 5-6% bodyfat. Never do cardio ever. No more than 5 sets of crunches per week for abs, keep a 6 pack pretty much year round even if I never do anything for them...
