I dont squat with wearing a belt, stop at 90 degrees, good form and just wondering if others here have spine soreness a couple days after squatting heavy?

I dont wear about either and sometimes I do have soreness similar to described. I dont feel as though its and injury but similar to a trained muscle soreness.
