    The stepper

    Done this the last four times for like five minutes and not a single twitch or tweak has occured durinb legs. Ive even gone right into hack squat or leg press and been absolutely fine

    Before my leg workout, I usually jog around 10 minutes, medium intensity so my legs get really warm and then I go low weight on the leg press before I lift heavy.
