  • Alternate shoulder workout

So guys on here asked me about shoulder training and as I've laid out I usually do quite a few excercises and most importantly train with alot of intensity.

Every so often I like to break things up and one of my favourite alternatives couldn't be simpler.

7 sets of 10 reps clean and press with about 130lb thats it. When I get to the latter sets im gasping and I slow down the reps so I press slower with more contraction.
But its still a very explosive athletic workout and great for shoulders traps and overa power and speed.

Try it in place of your normal and see how fast that light weight taxes you. I have sweat dripping by the fiftb set. Don't need a belt cos its light

I think it's always a good idea to keep your routines and exercises mixed up. It does the mind and body good.

You could try WG upright rows, they are typically easier on your wrists and shoulders.
