    Seriously, taking a few weeks off felt great. I've been running and hiking a lot in January, just staying out of the gym.

    Deloaded to about 60% of normal weight... Joints felt great and form is perfect. Just worked out all the niggling issues built up over a year of pushing it.

    How about diet, I know you're a bit different then the rest of us but are you consitant with it or do you have times where you eat to much junk etc..

      No junk whatsoever. Probably a bit overboard on the carbs though - if I had to do it over, I'll keep the protein higher. So just a bit softer than I would like at the moment, but I'm sure the bloat will come off as I have gone back to closer to a 45/45/10 split.
