  • Cardio.... HIIT vs LISS or broscience?

Just curious what everyone's opinion on here was about the great debate in cardio. Every "expert" has an opion. Does it all make a difference or in the end is it all about calories in and out? I have a feeling it all has to do with where you are starting at as far as body fat levels and fitness capabilities.

Someone with 30% body fat probably has no need to do HIIT cardio but as they get leaner they become more adaptive to the cardio so HIIT would be more effective as far as getting the heart rate where it needs to be. Or would we argue the the heart rate zones are useless as well?

Yup, all about calorie intake. Eat less then you take in and you can get shredded regardless.

Interesting concept. How does that work exactly?

Am I the only one who keeps upping tren dosages until TDEE matches the calorie consumption?

            Calories in, tren shit out.

I like HIIT consisting of sprints, stairs and row machine. The main two reasons is it takes less time and I believe it is muscle sparing. For me, the best cardio hands down is live mma sparring. That being said, the bottom line is cals in vs cals out.

I would mix it up. There's value for both.
