    Looking for a good workout routine for building Mass, any suggestions?

    Train 3-4 days per week. Use heavy weight BUT weight that you can perfectly control for 10-12 reps for 3 sets. Keep workout under and hour.

    Most impotanly eat enough cals needed to grow. Dont eat like a pig. Eat a lot of clean cals. Cardio is is important. Your body will process food better. People make the mistake of cutting out cardio when bulking. Huge mistake. You will just look sloppy.
