Yup! Like I said...if I flex muscle looks fucked up and I'll never bench more than 75lbs dumbbells but chest feels 100% normal. :)

It feels normal, but you'd agree that it's not fully recovered? In other words, do you think you could replicate the same weight again and movement and not re-injure yourself?

That is the million dollar question. What caused the muscle and the tendon tear off the bone in the first place? Do I have some kind of problem? is it going to tear again or maybe the other side? What scared me was, last year I was doing light squats (275) and during the third set around tenth rep right above my knee I felt something very similar to a minor tear and I was like what the fuck?!

So the long story short...I will never take a chance with the heavy weights again. I'll pick up light to moderate weights do 15-20 reps and still get results.

My body responds to high reps just as well.

Beast is a personal trainer. I doubt lack of warmup was the cause for his injury.

I think you'd be surprised how dumb he is. I'm amazed he's made it to 41.

I tore mine w 315, not warming up properly age 26.

last year I was repping out w over 400 just fine but very controlled.

I got a small tendon tear bout 8 weeks ago declining 350, no blood. So been eltra careful sincew light weights.

So you can come back stronger but I am more careful now

That's doesn't change the fact that I know my shit when it comes lifting. Every movement I do in the gym has a purpose behind it. You will NEVER see me doing anything stupid.

In fact I'm cocky enough to say doesn't matter how good you think your form is I can tweak it to make it better. I can't wait for the day that we are in the gym together so I can show you how shit is done. :nutkick:

I don't doubt you know your stuff about training. You just don't necessarily apply it to yourself these days.

Iv'e rooted for you to get back into your ideal shape more then once over the years. You don't seem to have the heart to finish the job anymore, you always seem to give up.

I'm busier than ever these days that's number one reason and the second reason is every time I get on track in the gym I hurt myself outside and that stops the progress for a while. Lol.

I'm back on track and let's see what happens in next few months.
