Try doing weighted bench dips for your triceps.Just put your feet up on one bench, and hands on the other.Have someone put plates in your lap for resistance.For delts, try doing a super-set of laterals with Smith Machine presses behind the neck.Do the laterals first to pre-exhaust the delts!! Good luck.
