    Yo guys.... new here :thumb:

    Weight lifting straps...... you use them? are they useful if you wanna go HEAVY or in the long run is it gonna weaken your grip and put to much weight or ur wrists?

    Having trouble holding heavier weights in my hands lately :-(

    Nothing wrong with using straps. They help you finish your set instead of worrying about holding on to the weight.
    And no they will not weaken your grip strength.

      I only use them for deadlifts

        Other than deads, i occasionally use them for heavy straight bar shrugs. Can concentrate more on the movement on them and also use heavier weight too. Tried straps on bent over rows before but rarely use them on those. If you dont overuse straps theyre not gonna decrease grip strength, havent for me anyhow
