  • Tweaked my lower back

    On the hack squat machine. Can hardly fucking move. Do you know what it feels like to be a ferrari but cant fucking move!!? Walking around half hunched over with my ass in the air like some dildo.

    Heating pad, 3 ibuprofin every 4 hours, and rest... all I can do.

      haha, i have done that before but no. started out with a bit to much weight but the main problem was I went to deep on the first rep. it was at the very bottom that it tweaked.

                sounds similar to what I did to my 4 years ago deadlifting. couldnt even bend over to tie my shoes. Went to the chiro after two weeks of hobbling around (no insurance - no doctor). He must have loosened things up to let things slide back into place cuz i was back at 80%.

                Just got 6 point cortisone injections around my L5 last week. Seems that I herniated a disk and it was making me have back spazms all up my supraspinatus to my trap and giving me mild headaches. Also got crazy sciatica numbed my leg and sent a shooting pain down to my foot.

                Not fun at all :nono:

                  I'm having lower back,,,right hip issues myself and REALLY noticed it on leg day this week.

                      1 plate on each side. was the first rep of the first set. nothing to do with weight.

                        My lower back has been killing me for 9 days now. I've tried ice, heat, muscle relaxers, 500mg Aleve, and ibuprofen. Nothing touches it. I'm getting very annoyed now! My vacation starts Saturday and I'm going to be pissed if this isn't resolved. :bawl:
