So I usually do dips the standard way with the standard hand placement.
I wanted to switch things up yesterday and my gym has this machine where everything is the same as a normal dip except for the hand placement. You basically grip the handles with the top of your hand facing the ceiling and angled slightly in front of you. Anyway, my triceps are absolutely thrashed. How a slight change in hand placement changes so much I can't understand.
