  • New 3 day split lifting programme

    1.Squat / incline db press/ bb rows / standing calf. 5 x 5(except calfs)

    2.deadlift / leg press / military press / leg raises 5 x5 (except leg raise)

    3.under arm pull ups / barbell curls / dips / v push downs..

    so to integrate with BJJ and maintain some strength

    You should really lean up and change your lift heavy routine to something different. I guarantee you'll be happier :) otherwise you're gonna suck ass at bjj....and I mean that bro in a nice way:) your size will do shit on the mat, you'll gas out in 75 seconds....been there done that....you'll get addicted to bjj....you wait :D
