I use one but it's awkward getting down and in position. Painful to use but does work

No, I have issues with my piriformis squeezing my sciatic nerve which radiates pain and lack of mobility down my leg and into my lower back.

I got a cheap one from Walmart like 14 bucks. My back gets super tight to where I can hardly stretch My hamstrings cause I cant bend forward anymore. Another great thing is a moist heat pad. Throw it in the microwave for 2 minutes and it really helps loosen things up. Also bought an inversion Table. Thing changed my life

Seems like a trend here. You all have low back tightness. Why the fuck do I have upper/mid back tightness and no lower issues whatsoever!?

geez, you way overpaid for that thing. EliteFTS has them on sale on their site for $13.99 for the 36 x 6 roller and $5.99 for the 12 x 6 roller, high density foam too.
I use daily one daily. THe one from Walmart is the blue Gold's Gym one, that one seems too soft, when you sit on it to roll out glutes or put a lot of weight on it, it flattens out slightly and does not roll as effective.

                    So I'm bumping this.

The roller has been doing me well, especially since I recently found out I have a sciatica problem; it's brutal!

I'm getting adjusted twice a week and certainly helps. Once I'm up,and going, I don't feel it much; definitely when I do planks or lying down leg ups. Not a pain I would wish on anyone; makes me wanna run into a wall backwards :D
