Something is going wrong with my squat form, every time I go up past 400 my right knee hurts, lighter weight does not cause any pain. It did not used to hurt so I am thinking I subconsciously changed something minute in my form. I first thought that maybe I was leaning too far forward, but if I was doing that would not both knees hurt? On video I cannot see anything wrong. Any of you have any ideas?

ROCKETW19, I have a couple videos of my deadlift I was wondering if you would look at while I recover for squats again? I have always been hesitant to go really heavy, when I do my max I always stop well before muscle failure (so I don't actually know what my true 1 rep max is) because I am uncertain how solid my form is, instead I do heavy weight with a lot of reps, do you mind looking at it and give me feedback. PM me your email address and I will send it to you.
