Who really cares what bf% you're at? I have never had mine measured. I would say to keep dieting hard and not even worry about it until you can start to see your abs coming in.
What are your goals? And by what date are you looking to achieve them?

I'm just wanting to continue to recomp and get back to what I used to be. I've started working out my legs pretty hard and I can tell they are growing. My diet is pretty good but I'm wanting to make sure I am still making progress on my fat loss, my weight has been the same for a little while, so I'm wanting to measure my fat to measure my progress.

Hydrostatic weighing is the most accurate, probably expensive, but at least you know what you truly are and then you can judge from there by the mirror. WHat is your goal? visible abs, more veins, leaner in general? Why worry about what it is now, worry about doing the work and diet to get it lower if that is your goal. With 25 yrs in this, I can now judge how my diet/training is going by my strength and what the mirror looks like....you need to learn your body. I know my body is most comfortable at 215-220 and around 10-12%.

With judging my bodyfat I am wanting to have an accurate record of bf loss so I can see what eating program works best for me, balanced, low carb, high protein? Also, I am wanting to monitor how various levels of cardio and different types of cardio affect me. I forgot that I had a copy of SPSS on my computer at work and I am wanting to quantify my weight training and bf loss progress though T-tests, Anovas and other statistical measures.
