        Lunges
        Bar
        135
        185
        225 x 2 ( I just did 45-35-25 10 reps) don't even know what that weighs lol)
        I've also done drop sets with 225 then go down

        Hacks on machine it's a cool machine lets you move free not your typical bar slider type
        315
        405 x 3

        Leg extensions
        I don't know the weight I just move the peg till I hit a weight I can do 10-12 reps

        All exercises I do 10 min rep I perfer the 12-15 range though

          I think B is right I've done lunges before but squats are easier so never did them long
          I've been doing them like 8 months now and it's working
          I've squared 500lbs before workout with 465lbs fir 2 sets 8-9 reps
          Don't compare to lunges both tax the shit outta me but lunges give better results

              Why are you doing machine hack squats and lunges over regular squats? I have been thinking about abandoning squats as well, there is something wrong with my form that I can't figure out and its hurting my knees.

                Squats and taller people don't go very well together. Structure and laws of gravity.

                Switch to what we've been saying and you'll feel the muscle being targeted rather then trying to balance weight on your back.

                    Lunges first that's your main builder IMO I use machine hack cuz I'm pretty toast after lunges and it keeps my forum better same way B just described squats

                      Your legs are already huge. Make sure you give it a few months before you abandon them. You'll find them a lot harder than squats to buy something about leg day I've always liked now that lunges are really working I love leg day even more

                        100% agree I gave up free squats awhile back and use smith machine so I can kick my feet out a bit more and not worrie about falling over also it's s squat that way instead of a good morning back exercise. That does def work but for me lunges even better

                          I guess I should throw lunges in too. I'm 6' and my legs are very long. My torso is so short, while sitting I look shorter than people that are 5'9-5'10". This might explain why I struggle on squats. If I hit depth my max is only about 205 which is easy for me on leg extensions. Totally forgot about lunges so I think I'll throw them in as well.

                            I bet your stuck at 205 cuz you have to bend over to go low or you will fall.
                            Proper forum on lunges is a must or bye bye knees.
                            I keep everything in a 90degree from foot up the weight is right over my hips and I don't lean forward I am perfectly straight up. Push up thru your heel not your toes do not push forward or back ward push straight up
                            It will take practice and consentration to not use your back leg oh and always head up
                            I think I got it all
