  • Weight lifting belt suggestions?

I need to get a new weight lifting belt, I am thinking about the Rogue Ohio. Does anyone have any experience with this belt? Any suggestion on alternate options?

Does anyone have experience with the Rogue Echo, it isn't as highly regarded but it's less than half the price of the Ohio.

Echo looks just as good as the ohio - 4" wide 10mm thick.

the only thing is I did the same thing with another brand and the leather wasn't as stiff which was great at first. it was fine for about a year or so and the leather started to warp or buckled near the clip. time for a new belt again...

The belt works well, it looks uniform all the way around, the stitching looks solid, it's going to take a while to break in though, but that's expected when buying a belt that is less than half the price of their other belts. I had used double prong in the past, this one is single, I think I like it more, it's easier to get on and off.

its the opposite the cheap belts don't take much time to break in because of the softer cheaper leather..its seems like the belt is good quality? single prong is def more popular now a days.

They advertise their expensive belts as having a, vegetable tanning process making break-in not necessary, that is what I was getting at. I've never had an expensive belt like that so I don't know how much of a difference there is compared to this one. The belt I had before was a cheap 3 inch Dicks sporting goods belt that wasn't very thick, so the Rogue Echo is a lot better than that one, I feel much more supported.

Now that I have had the belt a while I can confirm that I like this belt a lot more than my old one. It is breaking in well and the single prong makes it easy to take off and put on.

I am using Rogue Echo and happy with it.
I feel comfortable with this belt. Are you comfortable with Rogue Echo?

I like it. It's pretty strong and it breaks in well.
