  • creatinine increase with exercise

Have you guys ever had your creatinine levels checked? I had mine checked last week and my Dr. wants me to not exercise for a week and come back in next Monday to do another blood test. The results came back pretty bad, 4.13 and 34.1.

Think it might be elevated because I lift 4-5 days a week for around 1.5 hours each session and my body is producing extra creatinine and my kidneys are fine.

Also, my prolactin levels are quadruple what they should be.

Did he tell you your kidneys are fine?

For sure bro. I don't get blood work often but I remember even as a teen having high creatinine level. People who lift or exercise always do.

Prolactin I dont understand unless you are on deca or tren. Any nip sensitivity or puffiness?

I havent been on any thing for a couple months.

Fitnessbrat: I guess we will see with this next test if my kidneys are fine.

I just read that marathon runners can have up to 15x the normal amount for up to 24 hours after a race.

Are you taking creatine? You might find this interesting. Increased protein and creatine levels can raise cretinine levels as well as having more mass than average.

No creatine, I definitely have more mass than most ppl though.

I'm more interested in the prolactin level. Any nip issues? Why would it be so high?

I'm on some pills for ocd and they can cause it to rise. My doc has me off of them now to see if it goes down. My nips are a little sensitive but my labido crashed which is what prompted the blood tests.

It may have been projesterone that was high and not prolactin. I was trying to wrap my mind around my creatitine levels being high and stopped paying attention for a little while.

You'll see bro, nothing to worry about with the creatinine levels. All of us above average fellas have it. Completely natural body response.

Libido crash I would assume is from coming off AAS. How long ago did you come off? Did you have a full hormone panel done? how were your test and estrogen levels?

I was only on NPP and Test P for about 6 weeks, I came off because of some anxiety issues, I think I had the NPP at too high of a dose. I've been off for about 2 months so I would have thought it would have normalized by now?

The first tests I had done were these.

So NPP is basically deca and I assume it raises progesterone much like deca. it's probably just still elevated. I bet your levels will be back to normal in another month or 2.

Maybe next time you go back on just do 1 compound for the first 4-6 weeks until you've adjusted to it and only then add it a second compound. maybe that will ease the anxiety a bit.

make sure to run low dose adex regardless. if estro levels rise your anxiety and emotion will go through the roof. test high, estro normal (not low) is the recipe for a sense of well being and results.

The results came back from the second test, where I did not work out for a week and my creatinine levels are fine. By working out my body was creating so much creatinine it skewed the results of the first blood test.

blows my mind that doctors still dont understand this especially for those of us where it's obvious we workout. you cant expect a "normal" person to function at the exact same levels as a god like fella. It's like wondering why a kia engine doesnt rev like a ferrari engine.
