    This type of strength is purely genetic. If you don't have that sort of build and you try to mimic these lifts you will do nothing but fuck yourself up.

    However, he is very solid. Genetics are on his side. I've also seen guys who are smaller built less bodyweight and lift same if not heavier. Regardless that's beef right there!!!!

      Genetic freak for sure. Reminds me of this crazy video. This guy weighs 154 lbs and benches 410 raw. First part of the video he weighs himself and plaus with his kids so Skip to 1:03.

        Is it just genetics though? That's powerlifting. A lot of those guys are tiny. I think their training is more focused on strengthening the CNS which is totally different to hypertrophy training.

          Training styles certainly plays a role but some people are just naturally stronger.

            Not gonna take away that he is a strong dude but I have to point out that his squat form is fucked up while he is coming up. Coming down is perfect but while he is coming up half way through the movement he is lifting with his lower back.
