    Sleep: 4.5 hours, good but tired when I got up. 4.5 hours not enough!

    Nutrition: ~ 1800 Kcal, 55/35/10 C/P/F

    Pasta and homemade marinara sauce with garlic bread for dinner. Damn, ate two plates and now I feel like a bloated balloon, plus I blew my carb quota for the day. Tasted damn good though! :thumup:

    Workout:

    Chest and Tris

    DB Flat Bench - 3 working sets 12-13 reps
    DB Incline Bench - 3 sets, 12-13 reps
    Weighted dips - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
    Tricep push downs - 3 sets
    Tricep DB raises - 3 sets

    Added 10 lbs and 1-2 reps compared to last chest workout. Felt great, so making progress in strength.

    Stretching to finish

    Gym Tunes:

    Disturbed, Skillet, Breaking Benjamin, Green Day, Evanescence, Filter, Eminem.

      4.5 hours would kill me. I used to be able to handle that in my 20's but anymore if I don't get at least 7hours I'm useless.

        Haha, once in a while I can get away with it. 6 hours is about right for me.

          Workout:

          Back and Bis

          Weighted pullups (+20lbs) - 3 sets
          Wide Grip Pulldowns - 3 working sets 12-13 reps
          Cable Rows - 3 sets
          Barbell curls - 3 sets
          DB Hammer Curls - 3 sets
          Wrist curls - 3 sets


          Stretching to finish


          Overall, good workout. Felt strong, pullups slowly coming back. I was doing 20 reps at my peak, around 12-13 now.


          Gym Tunes:

          Breaking Benjamin, Evanescence, Tool, Eminem, Linkin Park, RHCP, Green Day.
