    On a personal note I will be using 2/3 of my normal weight for a while and focusing on warm up and strengthening the supporting muscles.

    I'll be reintroducing deadlift with good form but only light

    My rule has always been lift as heavy as you can but do it with control for 10-12 reps. If you can't control it nicely for 10-12 reps it's too heavy. 1 rep max or 3 rep half assed cheat reps build only the ego.
