    In my experience this actually makes you more attractive to them. They get so used to guys drooling over them that when a guy pays them little attention day after day in the gym they start to wonder why even if it's subconscious. The little things they do to grab your attention can be pretty comical.

        My advice, stay home and sleep. When you're sick, you need fluids and lots of rest. Lifting will just tax your body more. You'll feel better while lifting, but once you come down off your lifter's high, you'll feel worse.

              Maybe there is something to "sweating it out". Did heavy training and cardio to the point my shirt was soaked and the cold seems to be gone now. Probably coincidence but it was a damn short cold.
