    I need to start hitting the gym again 4 or 5 times a week again. I thought I should spend more time at home with my family but I feel like a piece of shit and I'm more easily irritable not exercising and releasing my stress.

    Fuck yes, thank the dear lord. You went from an alpha getting in shape to this home exercise family fruit in a micro second. Glad to see you back on track. It's important to have "you time". It will make you a better person everywhere else. now we just need to convince chuck to go to the gym. :D

    Now, hormones discussion. When you start back up don't make the same mistake and start high dose. Start low dose and let mind adjust over time. low dose adex from the start to prevent estro levels from giving you anxiety.

      That's for sure. I was wanting to not use NPP at all and going solo test for a while but I have a lot of NPP and none of my buddies want it, so, I think I will hit around 75mg per week of NPP and 500mg per week of test.

        may i suggest start with 500mgs test for 6 weeks and then adding in the NPP. give your mind and body a little time to adjust to 1 compound at a time. adex from day 1.

          Okay, I will wait on the NPP. I have a lot of test p so for the first 3 weeks I think I'm going to run 125mg of test p eod on top of the 500MG of test e.
