In general I used to keep a workout log (always when I was natty) but in the last year or two I have gotten away from it because I felt I was concentrating too much on the technical aspects and getting kind of "burnt out" so to speak with recording everything . . .
I have just been going in now and freakin blasting it to hell on everything and have been getting some of the best results. Obviously i have been training a long time and I know my body really well, have perfect form and I have a good idea as to what works best for me so that helps out. . .
my question for everyone is this: do you keep a log and if you do has it helped you a lot?
I am going back to keeping one for my whole year of training up til I compete next year at the end of the year and I am curious to see if I get better gains this coming year because of it or if it does not help me out
:)
