        Never tried. Last time I did such a movement was gym class in high school. I'd probably get an ab cramp followed by a quad cramp. I only look athletic. :D

                    We used to have to do those all the time with push-ups integrated in them in the Army. One of the squad leaders loved them, those and planks.
