Good video. I think we've all been guilty of not stretching post workout, I know I have. I like the dynamic stretching, I've read how it actually good for you. Maybe we all should take 5min at the end of workouts and do dynamic stretching
i dont know what to believe. this is one of those things were half the experts and science says stretching is a must. the other half has legitimate studies that say stretching is actually bad and can lead to increased risk of injury for days after you stretch.
