  • Lower back pain

    Do most of you guy's take time off from training when you have lower back pain? I knew exactly what I did wrong when it happen but its been four days now and this shit is still bothering me. I know it will go away soon because it normally does and I don't want to stop working out right now but I would like to hear from you guy's because I know everyone experiences lower back pain and everyone deals with it differently when it comes to training.

    I don't unless its really bad. I just avoid movements that will aggravate it. Doing core exercises usually speed up recovery.

      Not necessarily, the only time I get lower back pain is from bent over BB rows and rack pulls. Usually, at the end of my workout when I do my cardio, the pain goes away
