    Do the cardiovascular first!


    It makes perfect sense, 20 minutes gets you warmed up and gives you a little fat burn and you effectively follow up with a firm of HIT when you lift anywat

    I've been doing my cardio before my workouts here recently and I love it.

      30 mins pwo for me. Fat burning effect in particular is much greater after lifting.

      Warm up thing isn't a huge issue out here. Definitely needed a bit of a warm up training in Chicago or Jersey though. I never did cardio before training. What I did was put heat on full blast in car plus turned seat warmers on high on way to the gym. By the time I got there I was sweating balls. Lol

        Cardio is always after for me...best for fat burning

          I've always done it after lifting, but before my postworkout shake. 30min-45min afterwards on either the stair master or treadmill

            I want as much glycogen to power my heavy lifts as possible. Ill save the cardio for after the workout.
