  • What does your training regime look like?

    Here's mine, was supposed to start this week but got Test flu so I'm waiting til Im 100% to be able to give it my all. High intensity, high volume (45sec rest, 4x20 or 5x15) After 6 weeks I'll be switching to another regime so my body doesn't adapt.



    There are some exercises I don't know what they're really named so I make up names for them like crab dipper and peakers lol

      Cut down your "on" time for HIIT to 30 to 45 sec, equivalent time "off." To change things up, also try Tabata intervals.

        Better mix it up with hiit and liss... 40 mins incline at least 10 percent and keep the heart rate 120-140...

              My goal is more of a lean bulk, gain lbm while minimizing fat gain. But we all know diet is what determines that.

                Plus, nobody can sprint for 2min at max intensity. You'll be better off really pushing at 100% for 30 sec.

                    Almost like preachers but not really, where u rest ur arms is more elevated and straight so ur arms aren't below ur shoulders like they would be on a preacher, they're more straight out and when contracting feels like it's building and focusing on the peak of your bicep so I call it peakers that's the best I can describe it to you. One of my favorite machines.

                            this routine will leave your ripped, not too much of chance of a lean bulk with that intensity (for me at least), the gear should help hold size

                              i fucked around with a few of these off-cycle to keep things interesting...not a fan while on personally. farmers walks and weird exercies dont care for either

                              similar... def. want to switch it out after a month or so
