Here's mine, was supposed to start this week but got Test flu so I'm waiting til Im 100% to be able to give it my all. High intensity, high volume (45sec rest, 4x20 or 5x15) After 6 weeks I'll be switching to another regime so my body doesn't adapt.
There are some exercises I don't know what they're really named so I make up names for them like crab dipper and peakers lol
