    hi!!

    i get very busy in job and other works during the whole week so i can do workout only 3 days a week so my question is how to combine body parts to have maximum results?

    Chest and shoulders

    arms and back/traps

    legs

      Do core exercises as well.. IE Squats for example..works a lot at once
