      A lot of Crossfit is about doing often highly technical lifts with terrible form.

      I saw this one exercise routine that involved kipping pullups & barbell snatches, supersetted, against the clock. A snatch is a highly technical Olympic lift that will screw you up if done wrong.

      If you drink the koolaid, an injury is in your future.

          yup

          they do "timed" deadlifts...no matter who you are if you get tired the form is going to shit.
