  • sore after workout???

    Hey, I've been doin my routine for quite a long time. I'm still always sore after I workout. But I've been doing it for so long, shouldnt my muscles have adapted by now? I figure if Im sore it's working, but I figured Id ask here too. I always change the order of the exercises, so I dunno if thats affecting it. Any input would be appreciated.

    sore muscles is good. it means your breaking down muscle tissue and the body responds by building it back up bigger and stronger.

      changing the order of the exercises could be the reason why you're still getting sore. progression may have something to do with it if you lift more every time than you do last time
