Do forearm exercises and if you have time, join a climbing gym. I know all the climbers at my workplace have massive forearms, relatively speaking.

GI Jiu Jitsu ,Farmer walks, rope climb or rope pull ups ( the bigger the rope he better)

YouTube has a good bit of videos on four arm exercises.
A lot of repeats but every now & then you will run across some unique/effective
exercises.

Agreed...my father had forearms like Popeye and calfs were small....I have same genes.
