    A bit long but very good read. This is by far my best feature and overall my specialty.

    Bench has always been my strong point, followed by deads and squats.

    At times I've done the false grip method, never thought of the pressure it puts on my wrists.

    Oh great a crossfit article.

    Seriously tho. I prefer the suicide grip!! Feels more comfortable. Especially in the higher rep range, but if I go for a max I use normal grip and it tends to hurt my wrist more.

      If your goal is to build muscle, standard bench pressing can be a great choice for some, but not for others.Take-Home Message: To build more muscle in your chest, use a variety of bar training, dumbbell, machine, and dip work. To build bench press strength, bar training will be the backbone of your workouts.
