  • 325lbs for ten reps full range squats

    3rd set....but main thing is to pinch the glutes as you come up, push with the heels and keep core tight.

    You can see on the 8th rep and up, I am beat, tight and building up lactic acid. Thay form in the end is not the best.

    But try a good decent weight, full range, 3 sets of 10 and squeeze/pinch the glutes on the way up.

    And btw this weight is what I use all the time now. Only time I go to 405lbs, is like once every month or so, maybe even longer.

    I'd hate to blow my knee or fuck up my lower back.

    Them type of squats are far more effective then going super heavy for like 2 reps. Less chance of injury and better mass builder. Good shit bro. Looking good.

                          But I think that particular weight, is a good weight for anyone to train with. Obviously the person being able to lift it of course.

                          No matter how strong anyone is, that kind of weight can really fuck anyone up not doing it right.

                          As many people make fun of xfitters, I have learned quite a bit on how to maximize the lifts. Some movements in xfit are men, but others like squatting, deads and now benching, you need good proper form
