If you guys remember I did one of these about 6 months ago. Did one again today and it was just as hard as I remember. Holy fuck if you still haven't done this try it. Allow yourself a few hours, no need for cardio. Do everything you do in the gym throughout the week and do it in 1 training session. You will walk out of the gym destroyed but fucken content. You feel like everything you eat and drink for the next 2 days is going straight to the muscles for repair. Definitely wouldn't do this shit all the time but once every few months is awesome in a torture kind of way..
