was doing seated calf raises (225lbs) about a week ago and the middle top part of my foot started aching. didn't really think about it but now a week later it's still hurting. was doing cardio yesterday and it started hurting again walking on a slight incline.
never heard of hurting the top part of your foot. anyone else? the fuck kind of injury is that?
i been soaking it in hot water and epsom salt before bed. not sure what else i can do to speed that shit up.
