    Has always been my weak area. Finally comfortable doing long 8 to 10 sets with 90 lb dumbbells. Been a long time coming.. fitt @55 bitches....lol

      Work out was 45 min long
      50s 3x20
      75s 3x15
      90s 2x10
      90s 1x9
      90s 1x8
      65s 3x15
      65s1x11

      Warm ups I do 3 sets...then try to get 4sets with peak weight then carry that down...as you see..I went down quickly...LMFAO.

      Had a hard time to get the 90s in place after first two sets off knees to chest..after initial push up I was ok...lol

            If anyone wants to try something new use the fly machine if possible adjust the seat all the way up lean forward as much as as you can concentrating on the collarbone area. Get a decent stretch and then squeeze the hell out of it

                  On the flip side, if you're working out every day at 100 percent intensity, hoisting heavy weights and doing intense cardio, you may also see delayed results. Intense exercise without rest days in between doesn't give your body time to recover, repair and grow stronger between workouts
