    i tried it this week and liked it a lot....

    MONDAY
    Posterior Deltoid
    Trap
    Bicep

    TUESDAY
    Chest

    WEDNESDAY
    Legs

    THURSDAY
    Back

    FRIDAY
    Anterior/Lateral Deltoid
    Tricep
    Forearm


    Any helpful hints are much obliged....

    Everything works differently for different people. Give it a try and let us know. I usually like one day of heavy training and then one day of speed or technique work per week per muscle. But a new workout will almost always do some good when your body has never lifting in such a manor.
