Im tired of going to a weight room to train, and getting a nasty look or a "huffing" of someones breath if I ask for a spot. Like I am taking away from some panty wastes workout by asking him for a 30 sec. spot. I actually had this fricken stick keep his headphones turned up while I was trying to get him to lift off the bar. WTF is wrong with bruthas these days. I can remember watching Pumping Iron, and seeing everyone more then willing to stop their workout to help out a fellow bodybuilder.
I dont mind spitting on the floor, throwing plates into the wall, growling out when trying to hit that extra 2 reps or while going for a max. But Im getting to the point where Im not gonna ask people for a spot, Im gonna TELL THEM to give me a spot. I remember years back, telling people to get off a machine if I didnt see them worthy enough to be slowing down my workouts. Do I personally need to start raging in the weight room like this again to get some of you assholes to take 30 seconds to give a bro a spot. I go WAY out of my way to help EVERYONE in the weight room that asks for a spot, advice, or who asks if they can work in with me. So WTF is the problem with everyone else? My biggest complaint is the damn Buck 85 assholes in the gym that think their 16'' arms and 44'' chest is suppose to impress me when they walk by with their sleeves rolled up. LOL Come on now, I was bigger then that in 8th grade. These are usually the people with the attitudes. These are the people that can take 30 seconds out of their 30 set's of bi's routine to give me a spot. Fricken panty wastes. I shit bigger then these kids yet get looks asking for a spot. So, I think for now on I am gonna to walk up to someone in the weight room and just say "GIVE ME A SPOT!" And if someone rolls their eyes, I will make sure next time Im tossing around the 130's that I "accidentally" drop them on these assholes feet.
Just my 2cc's. Thanks for letting me rage for a minute. :agree:
I feel much better now!   PEACE! KIR
